1. Order Processing Time

Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Peak Periods: During new product releases or major holidays, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for order handling due to high volume.

Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
2. Shipping Methods, Origins, and Delivery Estimates
We operate warehouses in both the United States and China to serve you better. Your total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.

Please Note: The transit time estimates above apply once the package has been handed over to the carrier. While we strive to meet these windows, we do not control carrier delays due to weather, customs, or peak season congestion.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $69 USD shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Address: This offer applies to physical street addresses and valid PO boxes within the U.S. mainland. (Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may have different rates or restrictions).
4. International Shipping

Availability: We ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, please be aware that certain products may be restricted or prohibited from entering specific countries due to local regulations.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. Keiumi is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
5. Multiple Packages & Partial Deliveries
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, items within a single order may occasionally be shipped from different warehouses or in separate packages. If you receive only part of your order, please do not be alarmed—the remaining items are on their way and will arrive shortly.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, you can monitor its journey in two ways:

Important Disclaimer: Once a package has been scanned and accepted by the postal service or courier, Keiumi cannot control or redirect the physical movement of the package. We provide the tracking number for your visibility and to assist in filing inquiries with the carrier if needed.
7. Out of Stock, Damaged Goods & Force Majeure
In the rare event that an item in your order is out of stock, found to be defective during packing, or if an unforeseen event (force majeure) prevents us from meeting the stated delivery timeline:
